Empowering communities.
Uniting volunteers.

Community-first volunteering. Volunteers self-organize into teams, reserve cleanup zones, join events, and log spontaneous actions — all with face-blur privacy and GDPR compliance built in.

Two roles. One community.

Voluntino keeps things simple. Volunteers act; coordinators oversee. No permissions maze, no role hierarchies.

Volunteers

Reserve zones, form teams, sign up for events, report spontaneous actions. Share with friends via personal referral link.

Coordinators

Approve public feed items, run push campaigns, moderate content, track referrals and Facebook campaigns.

Two apps. One community.

A public PWA for volunteers + a management panel for coordinators. Same database, opposite personas.

Voluntino PWA

voluntino.app
  • Zone reservations + cleanup tracking
  • Volunteer teams + real-time chat
  • Events with signup + feedback
  • Spontaneous action reports + photos
  • Community feed + referral tracking
  • Web Push + PWA install

Voluntino Admin

admin.voluntino.app
  • Zones map + community feed moderation
  • Events management + signup lists
  • Push broadcast + volunteer onboarding queue
  • Bulk photo import (HEIC → auto-JPEG)
  • Share links + Facebook campaign analytics
  • Badge grants + verification queue
Pro bono, first and always. Voluntino is independent from any municipal system. The software is donated to the community — data lives in its own database, on its own server, ready for any coastal community that wants to organize volunteer effort.

From signup to first action, in one afternoon.

A community member sees the platform, joins, contributes — no complex approval.

1

Sees a share link on Facebook

Community campaigns use trackable short links (voluntino.app/l/xxx). Volunteers use personal referral links (/v/AB4X9) so effort is credited.

2

Signs up in 90 seconds

Name, email, password. Optional questionnaire for skills. Referral is auto-attributed. Email verification, then in.

3

Reserves a zone or joins an event

Pulls cleanup zones on a map, reserves one for 4 hours. Or browses events + signs up. Or logs a spontaneous action they already did.

4

Uploads photos — faces auto-blurred

HEIC from iPhone works. Client resizes to 2000px before upload. Server blurs any faces before publishing. GDPR-safe by default.

5

Admin approves for public feed

Actions with public opt-in queue for admin review. Once approved, they appear on the community feed and drive fresh recruitment.

6

Referral network grows

Each volunteer has a personal share link. Every signup through it is credited to them. Admin sees top referrers + best campaigns in the analytics dashboard.

Privacy engineered, not bolted on.

A community platform lives on trust. These are the defaults, not the premium tier.

Face blur
Automatic on every photo

Every uploaded photo passes through server-side face detection. Faces are pixellated before storage. Original never leaves the queue.

GDPR
EU 2016/679

Explicit opt-in for public feed. Right to erasure. Data export on request. Public display name optional. No third-party trackers.

No ads, no trackers
Pro bono forever

Zero ads. Zero third-party analytics. Zero Google, Facebook, Meta pixels. The community owns its data. Full stop.
