Miss a deadline and you risk fines, platform de-listing, or worse. Compliance keeps every document in one digital dossier, with automatic expiry alerts so you can act before it matters.
8 pre-loaded document types matched to Greek short-term rental legislation: fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, ΔΕΗ electrical certificate, ΠΕΑ energy performance, boiler check, fire safety certificate, public liability insurance, ΜΗΤΕ operation license. SuperAdmin can add or edit types as legislation evolves — one change, applied to every client.
Snap a photo of the paper certificate directly with the phone camera, or attach a PDF from email. Enter the issued and expiry dates manually. Documents live in encrypted storage, retrievable at any moment when a guest, inspector or platform asks for proof.
Each document has its own reminder window — 30 days for the fire extinguisher, 60 for the electrical, whatever you decide. Overrides are per-document, not one-size-fits-all. When a deadline approaches, you see it on the dashboard the moment you open the app.
If you haven't uploaded a required document at all, the dashboard shows a red banner listing exactly what's missing. No silent gaps — a property is either fully documented or you know which piece is missing.
When a document expires and you renew it, the new one takes its place at the top — but the previous ones stay in the record, auditable. Useful when an insurer asks for the prior year, or when a buyer does due diligence on the property.
Each document type carries a reference to the Greek law article that mandates it (e.g. Πυροσβεστική Διάταξη 3/2015). Owners see why the document exists, not just that it's required. When legislation changes, we update the reference — no code deploy needed.
